Instructions

  1. Soak beans overnight.
  2. Rinse beans, add water to double height of beans, slowcook 6-9 hours, or until soft.
  3. Chop bacon, onion, garlic, and jalapeño. Sear in a skillet.
  4. Chop tomato.
  5. Add bacon, onion, garlic, tomato, jalapeño, and seasonings to beans; slowcook 1 hour.
  6. Add cilantro and lime. Serve.
