  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Carefully pour the filling into the prepared pie crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set, but still jiggles if you shake the pan.
  4. Cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
