Sushi

Makes three rolls.

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice.
  2. Instant-pot sushi rice and water for 7 minutes on high.
  3. Release pressure immediately.
  4. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and oil.
  5. Wait for rice to cool.
  6. Combine vinegar mix with rice.
  7. Make rolls, using ~3/4 cup rice mix per roll.
