Sushi
Makes three rolls.
Ingredients
1.25 cup Sushi Rice
1.5 cup Water
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Neutral Oil
1/2 Cucumber, deseeded, peeled, and cut into narrow strips
1/2 Avocado, cut into narrow strips
4 Crab-style Fish Cakes, split in half longways
Instructions
Rinse sushi rice.
Instant-pot sushi rice and water for 7 minutes on high.
Release pressure immediately.
Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and oil.
Wait for rice to cool.
Combine vinegar mix with rice.
Make rolls, using ~3/4 cup rice mix per roll.
